We sat down with Dr. Russell Newcombe, known as Dr Nuke—a researcher of drug use and drug policy and the author of the book Magic Mushrooms Buy—to get his tips on how to microdose mushrooms as safely as possible. That means doing some research on each batch you’re thinking about trying and testing the strength of the product by consuming just a little to see how it affects you.
